摘要

Abstract

Research on salt corrosion resistance after segment's crack repairing is little.Based on simula-ting the shield crack of the segment,different materials are used to repair and the salt erosion resistance is obtained by testing the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the compressive and flexural strength af-ter eroded by sulfuric acid.The results show that resistance to chloride ion permeability of segment is reduced by using the acrylic copolymer emulsion (BR)and epoxy resin (HY),the Cl- diffusion coeffi-cient of segment repaired by BR and HY is increased by 20% and 8.7% compared with that of the origi-nal matrix,but resistance to chloride ion permeability of segment is increased by using the polyurethane (JZ)or new repair material (XC),the Cl- diffusion coefficient of segment repaired by JZ and XC is re-duced by 11.9% and 10.1% compared with that of the original matrix.The ability of anti-sulfuric acid etchin is decreased after repaired by different materials.The compressive strength of segment repaired by HY by sulfate attack is 95.7% of the non-erosive specimen,which has the lowest decrease rate.The flexural strength of segment repaired by JZ by sulfate attack is 75.6% of the non-erosive specimen,and the decrease is the smallest.
