Abstract
The paper aims to evaluate the safety management level of a large-scale electronic industrial plants' project construction, and diagnose the key problems of safety management missing, so as to make improvement plan and implementation and promote site safety management to a continuous improvement state.Based on project characteristics and site safety management at actual operation situation, by using the questionnaire survey, combination of practice and theory, and comparison of standards, the paper researches the structural framework, elements, and the application process and so on, to build up large electronic industrial workshop project safety management maturity model (CP-SMM).CP-SMM is applied to Fuzhou, Beijing Over East production-line project 8.5 generation of semiconductor display device, which proves that it has a high coincidence with actual running situation.关键词
