Abstract
When a person is running or jumping in a short distance, the plantar pressure is not only related to the weight, but also reflects the strength of the lower limb exercise capacity.A testing system for the human lower limb exercise capacity is designed.The plantar pressure measurement is completed by the pressure sensors.The experimental data are transmitted by the single-chip RF transceiver device, which is the NRF24L01 wireless module.The peak pressure under different test conditions are recorded and stored.The plantar pressure values are collected when the experimenters are at rest, walking or running.The relationship between the body weight with the average plantar pressure peak is analyzed.The ratio of the peak pressure value and the weight is smaller, the lower limb exercise capacity is weaker.The ratio of the peak pressure value and the body weight is greater, the ability of the lower limb movement is stronger.The results can give some suggestions on people's physical fitness, especially for teenagers in the growth stage.关键词
