摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of different ratio of length and diameter of chamber to the temperature distribution of methanol combustion and the emission of formaldehyde pollutants, taking methanol boiler of 700 kW as example, the combustion process of methanol fuel is numerically simulated, then the reaction methanism of methanol combustion kinetics obtained from Chemkin is imported into Fluent, and the simulation analysis is conducted.The results show that when the ratio of length and diameter of chamber is 0.41, the combustion in the chamber is most stable, and the emission of formaldehyde is the lowest.
