Design of EPS Torque Sensor Data Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW

Abstract
As the advantages and disadvantages of torque sensor performance directly decide the overall performance of electric power steering system, research and development on the testing system of torque sensor have become a hot topic. With respect to the problems of low automation and the low measuring precision during the test of torque sensor for electric power steering,we designed multi-channel data ac-quisition system based on LabVIEW. First,the hardware of the system was designed through the functional requirements analysis of the system.Then according to the characteristic and principle of the hardware,the software development platform was selected and the functional modules of a software system were de-signed.Lastly,the experimental data collected by the system was analyzed to verify the feasibility of the system.The test results show that the system can measure the signals of torque sensor with high efficiency and high precision when the speed of the input shaft is 180°/s and 360°/s.关键词
