Significance of Combined Rheumatoid Factor RF AKA CRP CCP and ANA Detection in Diagnosing Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
objective:To evaluated the clinical significance of combined Rheumatoid factor ( RF) , anti keratin antibodies ( AKA) , c-reactive protein ( CRP ) , Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody ( CCP ) and antinuclear antibody ( ANA) five detection in diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:Detected 162 RA pa-tients and 50 cases of healthy physical examination for serum RF, AKA, CRP , anti-CCP antibody and ANA level, compared two groups of 5 indicators of positive proportion and evaluated the ability of indicators in the diagnosis of RA.Results:The observation group of RF, AKA, CRP, serum anti - CCP antibody, the ANA positive rate were significantly higher than control group ( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05);combined five indicators to detected specific degrees higher than single RF, CRP, ANA test (P < 0.05), higher than that of single RF sensitivity, AKA, CRP, anti -CCP antibody, ANA test (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of ser-um levels of RF, AKA, CRP, anti -CCP antibody, ANA level can significantly improve the diagnosis sensi-tivity of RA,it is helpful to early diagnosis of RA.关键词
