覆膜支架腔内修复术治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze coated stent graft repair for treatment of stanford type B aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with stanford type B aortic dissection an-eurysm admitted in our hospital from Janurary 2011 to Janurary 2016 were analyzed. According to the time se-quence, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, control group was given medi-cine conservative treatment, the observation group was given coated stent lumen repair treatment. During the 12-month-followed-up for patients of two groups, the incidence of complications, mortality, reoperation or intervention treatment, IL-1β, INF-γ, NF-kB, VEGF expression levels and quality of life were compared. Results:The incidence of complications, mortality, reoperation or intervention treatment,IL-1β, INF-γ, NF-kB, VEGF expression levels and quality of life of the observation group were lower than that of the control group. And difference had statistically significant ( P <0.05) . Comparing the patients of two groups after treat-ment than before treatment, IL-1β, INF-γ,NF-kB,VEGF mRNA expression level were lower, observation group improved more significantly than the control group. Compared with the above indicators, the results had the statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function score of observation group were higher than the control group. The results had statistically significant difference ( P <0.05) . Conclusion:Using coated stent lumen Stanford type B aor-tic dissecting aneurysm repair has the significant clinical effect, lower incidence of complications and mortality during the follow-up period, high survival rate. And it can improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
