两种心电图监测冠心病心肌缺血与心律失常的效果比较
The Effects of Two Kinds of ECG in monitoring Myocardial Ischemia and Arrhythmia of CHD

Abstract
Objective: To study and compare the effects of routine electrocardiogram ( ECG ) and dy-namic electrocardiogram ( DCG) in the detection of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coro-nary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 50 cases of patients with CHD of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were randomly selected, they were given routine ECG and DCG examination, Then the results of routine ECG and DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed. Re-sults:The positive rate of DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia was significantly higher than routine ECG (P <0.05), the negative rate was significantly lower than the routine ECG (P <0.05); The positive rates of DCG in the monitoring of frequent premature contraction, premature contraction two or three coupling, premature contraction in pairs of ventricular arrhythmias and atrial arrhythmias, supraventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block were significantly higher than routine ECG ( P <0.05) , and the positive rates of DCG in the monitoring of frequent premature ventricular arrhythmias and atrial arrhythmia were higher. Conclusion:The effects of DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of patients with CHD are better than routine ECG.关键词
