早期磨削痂生物护创膜覆盖术治疗头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面疗效观察
Early Dermabrasion Biological Protective Covering for Deep II Degree Facial Burn
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore early grinding scab for the treatment of biological protection of the membrane covering head facial deep Ⅱ degree burns and face to shorten the treatment time, relieve patients' pain, reduce pigmentation and scar formation, clinical curative effect to improve the quality of wound healing. Methods:50 cases of patients with deepⅡdegree burns of head face ( with TBSA of 2%~18%) were select-ed as the clinical observater. According to random number table method, 26 cases divided into experimental group and control group 24 cases. Patients with early grinding scabs biological protective membrane covering after wound dressing, the control group treated with coated sulfadiazine silver cream exposed outside. Statistics of two groups of wound healing time, wound healing rate, comfort during treatment, at the long-term follow-up after healing quality and scar growth. Results:The wound healing time, comfort, wound healing quality of experimental group compared with the control group was better than control group ( P<0.01) . Conclusion:The therapy of early adopting grinding scabs and protection membrane covering head facial for treating surgery deep wound Ⅱdegree can obviously shorten the wound healing time, reduce patient pain and improve the quality of wound healing.关键词
