股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆下粉碎性骨折的临床观察
Proximal Femur Anatomic Locking Plate Fixation for Treatment of Femoral Trochanter Comminuted Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of proximal femur anatomic locking plate fixation for treatment of femoral trochanter comminuted fracture. Methods:The clinical data of 95 cases of bone tuber-osity comminuted fracture were retrospectly analyzed. And including 45 cases treated with dynamic hip screw ( DHS) , as the control group;the rest of the 50 cases with proximal femur anatomic locking plate internal fix-ation treatment, as the observation group; the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results: The patients of two groups had no significant difference in the average healing time ( P > 0.05);The follow-up of equipment related complication rate the observation group was lower than that in control group ( P < 0.05);the Harris of the last follow-up of limb function evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of con-trol group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:The effect of proximal femur anatomic locking plate fixation for treatment of femoral trochanter comminuted fracture curative is affirmation, and has fewer complications, fracture fixa-tion stability, has high clinical value.关键词
