微创距下关节融合术治疗跟骨陈旧性骨折导致的距下关节创伤性关节炎的临床效果
Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Traumatic Arthritis of the Knee Joint Caused by Old Fracture of the Bone

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the knee joint.Methods:100 patients with traumatic arthritis of the knee from Sep. 2008 to Jul. 2015 were selected,all because of old calcaneal fracture,according to the random number table method, the cases were divided into control group ( open range joint fusion surgery) and observation group ( minimally invasive surgery) ,50 cases in each group, compared with two groups of fusion time, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, incision length, the clinical indicators;complications were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group, the fusion time was (9.7±1.2)d, intraoperative bleeding volume was (18.6±3.1)mL, operation time was (55.2±9.7)min, incision length was (2.7±1.1)cm, were significantly better than (11.3±3.9)d,(92.7±9.6)mL,(74.1±12.6)min,(4.8±1.8)cm in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05);appear limp and numb, infection and other complications was 2% in the observation group,were significantly lower than 28% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of traumatic ar-thritis of the lower joint with high safety,small trauma, less postoperative complications, prognosis of patients with better, clinical curative effect, it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
