环烷酸缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能的应用
Synthesis of naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor and application study on corrosion inhibition performance

Abstract
Though three step synthesis reaction,amide naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor which is used in high-temperature naphthenic acid environment was synthesized from 3-chloropropionic acid,TTA hydrazine hydrate and 2-pyridine chloride.The main functional groups and the decomposition temperature of the product were further defined by the infrared and thermal analysis.The reaction conditions of pilot experiment were determined by the process parameters of lab-scale and qualified pilot product was produced.After the high temperature corrosive inhibitor is filled in refinery distillation unit, the iron content of decompression line oil is investigated.The inhibitor is filled with 50mg/L for film formation stage and 30mg/L for stable stage.And the iron content of the second and third vacuum side-stream is decreased to 0.1 7 mg/L and 0.11mg/L from 0.92mg/L and 0.98mg/L,so that the high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor can greatly reduce the naphthenic acid corrosion of refinery equipment.关键词
