Study on Toxicity Emission Trading
摘要
Abstract
COD emission trading can help reduce the emission of oxygen-consuming pollutants, while may lead to increasing toxicity in water. Toxicity emission trading ( TET ) was proposed in this paper. Necessity of TET was addressed, and its feasibility was further discussed based on toxicity indicators, technical supports and practical operability.关键词
