The Welfare Change of Farmers Quit Homestead Concentrated Residential under the New Urbanization

Abstract
Farmers quit homestead concentrated residential is the main direction of the new urbanization development. In this article, authors take Amartya Sen′s ‘ feasible capacity’ theory and use fuzzy method estimate the welfare changes of the farmers quit the homestead concentrated residential. The results show that: the farmers quit concentrated residential homestead benefit levels dropped and regional differences in household welfare changes significantly. The main reasons include the extent of farmers ' psychological contrast differences; particularity regional differences and investigation policy implementation. Therefore, the future policy should strengthen farmers employment training and employment channels to protect the farmers welfare.关键词
