Abstract
Minamata Convention on Mercury requested to phase out the add a phase-out of mercury-added products. Based on the case of the rapid transformation and substitution of mercury-containing lamps, the paper analyzed the constrains and problems of substituting and phasing out mercury-added products from the aspects of the technical and economic feasibility of alternatives, policies promotion and public awareness; and made implementation recommendations to accelerate phasing out of mercury-added products from the aspects of increasing efforts to eliminate the outmoded products, strengthening the research and development and awareness of alternatives, and promoting alternative policies.关键词
