航空复杂产品研发团队技术共享机制研究
Research on Technology Sharing Mechanism of Aviation Complex Product Development Team
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the niche ecostate-ecorole theory,it built the technology sharing evolutionary game model with the“ecostate”and“ecorole”parameter introduced in up-down stream R&D units. According to the game analysis, the strategies of technology sharing chose by R&D units have close relationship with respective“ecostate”and“ec-orole”parameter. On the condition of“ecostate”and“ecorole”parameter is reduced to a certain in R&D units, technology sharing cost factor,the difference of revenue sharing and additional benefits,“ecostate”and“ecorole”par-ameter,additional benefits,co-benefits coefficient and income distribution coefficient have influence of the intentions of technology sharing of R&D units. The intentions of technology sharing of R&D units can be improved by the construction of resource integration mechanism,incentives and trust mechanism.关键词
