织锦巴非蛤斧足颜色与总类胡萝卜素含量相关分析
Correlation analysis of the color and total carotenoid content inPaphia textile foot tissue
摘要
Abstract
Foot tissue is an important edible part of Paphia textile. This study examined the total carotenoid content (TCC) and color index L*(brightness), a*(values of red, green), and b*(values of yellow, blue) of 94 P. textile foot tissue samples. There are huge differences in TCC and color index among individuals. Correlation analysis showed that P. textile foot tissue of TCC and color index, L*, a*, and b*, have high significant correlation (P<0.01), with the correlation coefficients being –0.546, 0.569, and 0.449, respectively. This study illustrated a potential universal law, i.e., the deepness of the color of the foot tissue is directly proportional to the content of carotenoid, which pro-vides important reference data for selecting high-content carotenoid in P. textile breeding.关键词
