摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of CDK 8 in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN) and its medical implication .Method The expression of CDK 8 in cervical carcinoma , cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry .The correlation between CDK 8 expression and pathological characteristics of cervical cancer , and clinical prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were analyzed .Finding The levels of CDK8 expression of the groups of subjects are as such: that of the cervical cancer group >the high cervical lesions group >the low grade cervical lesions group >the normal group .The differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05).The level of expression of CDK8 of cervical cancer patients with metastasis in lymph nodes was higher than that of those without lymph node metastasis .The level of expression in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was higher than that of patients cured of high grade cervical lesions .The difference was significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion High level of expression of CDK 8 may be associated with the development of cervical cancer and the prognosis of cervical lesions can be predicted by CDK 8 expression .关键词
