摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of oxidative stress on the physical activity of elderly patients with Parkinson 's disease.Method 50 patients with Parkinson's disease (experimental group) and 50 healthy persons (control group) were chosen as the subjects of study .The serum trace element and plasma levels of indicators related to oxidative stress in the control group and different Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)grades, including malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione ( GSH) were detected and then the index patient relationship with its live Hoehn-Yahr grade between the experimental group was observed .Findings The serum copper and the average content of zinc of the control group were statistically higher than those of the experimental group .The lead level in the control group was statistically lower than that of the experimental group .The average content of MDA in plasma of the control group was statistically lower than that of the experimental group .SOD in plasma and the average content of GSH of the control group were statistically higher than those of the experimental group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The experimental group was found to include 8 cases of H-Y1, 13 cases of H-Y2 13, 17 cases of H-Y3, and 12 cases with HY≥4 12 .In patients with Hoehn-Yahr classification and plasma the MAD content was significantly positively correlated with SOD while the GSH content was significantly negatively correlated ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion With the development of the disease , the ability of anti oxidative stress in patients with Parkinson's disease is getting worse and worse .关键词
