Abstract
Objective To examine the effects of Video assisted thoracic surgery ( VATS) and traditional open chest surgery ( OT) lung resection on postoperative immunosuppression of patients .Method 46 patients diagnosed as suspected cases of lung cancer 46 patients diagnosed as cases of non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups , namely VATS group (n=46) and OT group (n=46).The levels of serum CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, VEGF, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss , numbers of lymph node dissection , postoperative chest drainage , hospital stay and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed statistically .Findings The serum CRP, IL-6, VEGF levels of the VATS group were significantly lower than those of the OT group (P<0.05).The length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the OT group (P<0.05).However, the differences in serum TNF-αlevels, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, numbers of lymph node dissection and postoperative chest drainage , complication rate between the two groups were not significant ( P >0.05 ).Conclusion VATS lung cancer resection has more positive influences in the postoperative immunosuppression of patients than OT does .关键词
