Job burnout of Chinese female nurses:a meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To understand overall situation of female nurses'job burnout in china .Method A statistical analysis was first conducted into 240 studies on female job burnout using meta-analysis method entailing homogeneity test , effect value, confidence interval and failure safety coefficient .Findings The total effective score of job burnout was 0.49.The effect test was 12.31.P<0.01, 95%confidence interval was 0.41-0.56, and the failure safety factor was 73774.There was a significant positive correlation between publication age and emotional exhaustion (r=0.20, P<0.01).There were negative correlation between locale and inefficiency , the type of publication and depersonalization , inefficiency and the total score of burnout.The publication age and the sample size were negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion (P>0.05). Conclusion Female nurses'job burnout in general belongs to the middle effect and age has some correlation with the emotional exhaustion .关键词
