苍术素对人结肠癌 LS174T 细胞增殖的影响
Effects of atractylodin on the proliferation of colon cancer LS174T cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of atractylodin on proliferation of human colon cancer LS174T cells.Methods:LS174T cells were divided into six groups,including blank control group,ab-solute ethyl alcohol control group,and atractylodin-treated groups(10,20,40,80 mg/L).The changes of cell morphology were observed with optical microscope;inhibition of cell proliferation by atractylodin was measured with MTT assay;cell cycle analysis was analyzed with flow cytometry;the cytokine expres-sion was measured with liquichip method.Results:Atractylodin induced LS174T cell growth inhibtion in a time-and concentration-dependent manner.G0 /G1-phase ratio of LS174T cells treated by atractylodin was increased.Atractylodin inhibited the expression of IL-6 and IL-7 in LS174T cells.Conclusion:At-ractylodin could inhibit the proliferation of LS174T cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner,which may be caused by blocking the cell cycle progression and the expression of associated cytokines.关键词
