南昌市霾日气象特征统计及霾治理的政策建议
The Statistics of Characteristics on the Haze Days in Nanchang City and Recommendations for Haze Control Policy
摘要
Abstract
Some characteristics of temperature, humidity, wind, pressure of haze days in Nanchang city are analyzed using ground meteorological observation data from the year 1959 to 2014 . The hazes usually happened on the weather condition of:1~2 m/s wind speed,northeast wind direction,1 010~1 030 hPa atmospheric pressure, lower humidity. The situation happened in nearly 56 years in Nanchang City that precipitation days reduced,the average wind speed reduced and the relative hu-midity became smaller may also promote the haze days. Some policies for haze control are put forward considering characteristics of haze weather, and some suggestions for haze governance are also put forward from the view of meteorological department. These suggestions can provide scientific refer-ence of decision-making for government in atmospheric environmental management.关键词
