摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the feasibility of logical framework approach regulation used in the field of post-evaluation of environmental policy. Based on logical framework approach, it takes the post-evaluation of “Regulation of Assessment Impact for Planning Environment”as an example,and tries to identify the problems of the policy implementation process by analyzing the effectiveness from the target,purpose,output,into,and proposes reform suggestions for policy makers and practitioners to discuss.关键词
