两种血液净化方式对降低维持性血液透析并发症及提高生活质量的效果比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of two blood purification ways on reducing the complications of maintenance hemodi‐alysis and improving the quality of life .Methods Totally 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,60 cases in each group .The control group was treated with hemodialysis alone ,the patients in the observation group were treated with compound hemodialysis for blood purification ,and the quality of life ,nutritional status and complications of the two groups were compared .Results Quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the nu‐tritional status of the observation group was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the complication rate of the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .Conclu‐sion Combined hemodialysis can more effectively remove macromolecules and molecular toxins in patients ,improve nutritional sta‐tus and prognosis of patients .Therefore ,it is of great clinical significance to treat the patients with appropriate hemodialysis .关键词
