The effect of early combined screening of cTnI,CK-MB and hs-CRP on children with viral myocarditis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of combined diagnosis of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) ,creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK‐MB) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs‐CRP) on children with viral myocarditis (VMC) .Methods Totally 75 cases of VMC were selected as myocarditis group ,and 75 healthy children were selected as healthy control group .The indexes of cTnI ,CK‐MB and hs‐CRP and other indicators were compared between the two groups .And the sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of cTnI , CK‐MB ,hs‐CRP and cTnI+CK‐MB+hs‐CRP for screening VMC were analyzed .Results The levels of CTnI ,CK‐MB and hs‐CRP in myocarditis group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of cTnI were 68 .0% ,98 .7% and 83 .3% ,respectively ,and CK‐MB were 56 .0% ,88 .0% and 72 .0% respectively ,the hs‐CRP was 73 .3% ,76 .0% ,74 .7% ,CTnI+CK‐MB+ hs‐CRP were 89 .3% ,94 .7%and 92 .0% ,respectively .Conclusion cTnI ,CK‐MB and hs‐CRP lonely screening VMC exist allround sensitivity and specificity ,but it could obtain a high sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy through parallel connection method of cTnI +CK‐MB+hs‐CRP .关键词
