复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿肺功能及机体炎性反应的影响OA
Effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide on lung function and inflammatory response in children with acute attack of bronchial asthma
目的：观察复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿肺功能及机体炎性反应的影响。方法选取该院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿70例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各35例，对照组采用布地奈德治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗，观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、肺功能、炎性反应及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为91．43％，高于对照组的71．43％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗后两组患者第1秒末用力…查看全部>>
