摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of combining spinal injuries near pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of mild single segment of unstable thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Sixty-four patients with mild to mod-erate unstable fracture of thoracolumbar spine were divided into two groups according to the fixed method. The treat-ment group was 29 cases of the injured vertebra combined with the adjacent vertebral pedicle screw fixation. The con-trol group for short-segement pedicle screw fixation was 35 cases. Vertebral anterior height ratio, sagittal Cobb angle change were observed. Results Two groups of patients were successful, all the patients were followed up for 12 months. Postoperative 1 week, 12 months,two groups of vertebral anterior height ratio, sagittal plane Cobb angle im-proved significantly,compared with the preoperative ( P<0. 05 );the data had loss in the 12 months postoperation, compared with the postoperative 1 week,but there was no significant difference between two time period(P>0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions Mild to moderate single seg-ment of unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fractures fixed combination is an effective method in the adjacent pedicle screws.关键词
