脊柱退行性病变患者的心理状况及医学干预
The investigation analysis for the psychological status in the patients with spinal degenerative disorder and medical intervention

Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological status of the patients with spinal degenerative disorder before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Methods The psychological status of 683 patients with spinal degenerative disorder were evaluated by the symptom checklist (SCL-90). Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 16. 0 software. Results Before treatment, the SCL-90 of 683 patients with spinal degenerative disorder were higher than normal in the physical, obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). Six hundred and nine patients got follow-up in 3 months,and non operative treatment group was 348 ca-ses,the surgical treatment group was 261 cases. The somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depres-sion, anxiety,hostility, phobia,depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoia, psychosis, additional factor scores of the surgical treatment group after 3 months were lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoia and psycho-sis scores of non operative treatment group after 3 months were lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Surgical treatment of somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxie-ty, hostility, phobia, paranoia, psychosis and additional factor scores were lower than those of the non operative treat-ment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions The psychological status of patients with spinal degenerative disorder is poor, the psychological status of the patients after treatment is improved, and the early psychological condition of the patients after operation is better than that of the non operative treatment.关键词
