腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of proximal fibular osteotomy for medial compartment osteoar-thritis. Methods Total 10 patients with knee osteoarthritis patients with medial compartment, which were treated with the proximal fibula osteotomy surgery. VAS, HSS score, KSS scores were compared the treatment outcomes. Re-sults Patients were all followed up for 3~ 12 months. Operation time was 30~55 ( 35 ± 9 ) min, blood loss was 17~30 (22. 6 ± 3. 5) ml,hospital stay was 5~12 (7. 6 ± 0. 8) d. VAS before surgery was 3~9(7. 1 ± 2. 4), the postoperative 0~4 ( 1. 6 ± 1. 4 ); HSS score before surgery was 39 ~81 ( 51. 1 ± 20. 4 ) , the postoperative 53 ~92 (76. 2 ± 18. 6);KSS clinical scores before surgery 22~71(46. 3 ± 23. 7), the postoperative 51~96(74. 8 ± 21. 9);KSS function score before surgery 0 ~65 ( 47. 2 ± 30. 1 ) , the postoperative 40 ~90 ( 71. 9 ± 25. 6 ) . The patient′s symptoms and function were significantly improved. Conclusions Proximal fibular osteotomy medial compartment osteoarthritis with simple operation, the effect is obvious in short term, less invasive, operable.关键词
