摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of using superficial palmar branch of the radial artery ( SP-BRA) wrist horizontal stripes flaps to repair the hand soft tissue defects. Methods Twenty-eight patients suffering from hand soft tissue defects were treated by using wrist horizontal stripes flaps under minimally invasive microscopy surgery, the areas of the wound were all directly sutured. Results All patients had been followed up for 6 ~12 months. 28 cases survived completely, 2 cases of skin flaps necrosis appeared edges, wounds healed after dressing processing. The flaps were coloury and beautiful, and the two-point discrimination of skin flaps was 0. 5~0. 7 cm. Linear scar were left in donor sites, and no functional disorders happened. Conclusions The method of SPBRA wrist horizontal stripes flaps to repair the hand soft tissue defects is simple to perform, and has the advantages of slight sur-gical trauma, satisfactory appearance and functional rehabilitation.关键词
