摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the modified Kapandji technique for the treatment of dis-tal radius fractures. Methods Twenty-six cases of distal radius fractures of Mayo Clinic typeⅡ,Ⅲwere treated by the modified Kapandji technique. Results All cases were followed up for 4~24 months. No cases of pin tract infec-tion, vascular injury was found. No cases had wrist joint stiffness. Only 1 posterior cutaneous nerve of forearm injury was found, the case recovered after treatment. According to Gartland-Werley scoring system, 18 patients were rated as excellent, 6 good, 2 fair. The rate of excellent and good was 24/26. Conclusions The application of the modi-fied Kapandji technique has advantages in the treatment of Clinic Mayo type Ⅱ,Ⅲ fractures of distal radius. The clinical curative effect is satisfactory.关键词
