Abstract
Objective To explore curative effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation ( PFNA) and proximal femoral locking plate ( PFLP) for the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Total 120 senile patients with intertrochanteric fracture were divided into two groups (60 cases each group) according to treatment method, PFNA, PFLP treatment respectively,two groups of surgical curative effect were compared. Results All patients were fol-lowed up for 12~18 months. PFNA group of incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operative time and postopera-tive complications were less than PFLP group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups ( P<0. 05). Fracture healing time was similar between the two groups, and had no statistical significance (P>0. 05). PFNA group with the hip function fine rate was higher than PFLP group (95. 0% vs 81. 7%), but there was no statis-tically difference (P>0. 05). Conclusions PFNA in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fractures has the advantages of minimal trauma, simple operation, short operation time, fixed firmly, fracture healing well.关键词
