摘要

Abstract

A technical solution of vibration testing has been obtained according to analyzing the causes of vibration for a scroll compressor.An experimental system of vibration testing is established for the scroll compressor.The composition of hardware and software systems has been introduced in detail.Then the experimental study on scroll compressor surfacevibration has been real-ized to obtain the time-domain waveform and frequency domain waveform.The vibration characteristics of different positions were compared.The results showed that the vibration of the belt attachment is the most obvious,while that of the bolt position and the exhaust port is more inconspicuous.There is a visible difference for the characteristic frequency of different positions.These will provide a beneficial reference for the stable operation of the scroll compressor.
