摘要

Abstract

Aimed at crack fault features detection in centrifugal fan,an experimental rig of modal analysis and crack extraction was built under freedom constraints state of the impeller.An experimental study was carried out for both crack-free and seven cracked blades with different crack length.The results showed that natural frequency of the impeller decrease with the increase of crack depth,the deeper the crack is,the lower the impeller’s natural frequency is.This paper puts forward some further investiga-tion ideas to identify blade crack.
