CO2跨临界循环中绝热毛细管数值模拟计算与分析
Numerical Simulation and Analysis on Adiabatic Capillary Tube with CO2 Transcritical Cycle

Abstract
Preliminary,a test bench was set up to analyze the characteristics of the capillary in the process of carbon dioxide transcritical cycle,and calculate the dimensionless experimental correlation of capillary mass flow by using the method of dimen-sionless analysis.Its reliability analysis is better than the correlation of diogo.If the range is beyond the consideration,the correla-tion model may have a large error.So,we use the micro segmentation method to design VB program to calculate the length and the mass flow of the capillary tube and compared with previous experimental results and references result.In terms of flow calculation:the deviation between 95% of the calculated results and the primary experimental results is less than 10%;the deviation between the all calculated results and the references results is less than 10%.In the calculation of the length:the deviation between 90%of the calculated results and the primary experimental results is less than 15%;the deviation between 75% of calculated results and the references results is less than 15%.In terms of deviation:more than 95% of mass flow calculation value the compared with the primary experimental results and the references results,the deviation is less than 10% has mo in terms of mass flow .Fi-nally,we use the calculation program the calculation calculate the size of the capillary in one condition and draw a chart for some capillaries type selection.关键词
