摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Sophoridine on proliferation and invasiveness of human pancreatic cancer capan-1 cells lines. Methods MTT was used to detect the effcct of Sophoridine with different concentration on the proliferation of capan-1 cells. Transwll assay detected the effect of Sophoridine on the invasiveness of capan-1 cells, and ELISA assay detected expression level of MMP-2 and MMP-9. Results Compared with control group, different concentration of Sophoridine could inhibit growth of capan-1 cells significantly ( P<0 . 05 ) . The expression level of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were down-regulated for the group with the dosage of 1. 25, 2. 5, 5 g·L-1 Sophoridine, respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusion Sophoridine could decrease MMPs expression level, inhibit cell proliferation of capan-1, and reduce the cell invasiveness of capan-1 .关键词
