摘要
Abstract
Objective Investigating the expression of miR-146 a and miR-146 b in ovarian cancer and adjacent non-cancerous tissuesand its correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods 38 cases of ovarian cancer tissues and and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were collected in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 . RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of miR-146 a and miR-146 bin 38 pairs ovarian cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues, the correlation with clinical pathologic parameters and clinical significance were analyzed also. Results The average expression of miR-146a and miR-146b was significantly down-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues compared with the adjacent non-cancerous tissues (6. 74 ± 2. 74) VS (7. 08 ± 1. 70), (6. 33 ± 2. 14) VS (7. 26 ± 2. 59), respectively (all P<0. 05). There were significantly negative correlation between the expression of miR-146 a and miR-146 b and lymph node metastasis ( all P <0 . 05 ) . Conclusion miR-146 a and miR-146 b may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and tumor progression of ovarian cancer.关键词
