琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在心律失常中的作用和对炎症因子的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet on arrhythmia and some inflammatory factors. Methods Eighty patients with arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into control group ( n=40 ) and observation group ( n=40 ) . The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) , C-reactive protein ( CRP ) and brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) were measured in two groups. It was compared the mean standard deviation of sinus heartbeat ( SDNN) , mean standard deviation of sinus heartbeat RR interval every 5 min( SDANN) , the standard deviation of sinus heartbeat every 5 min ( SDNNI ) , mean square difference of the interval of adjacent sinus RR ( RMSSD ) and the percentage of difference of RR interval between adjacent sinus heartbeats more than 50 ms (PNN50) in two groups. Results The number of ventricular premature beats, borderline premature beats and atrial premature beats in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0. 05). The SDNN, SDANN and PNN50 level were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The levels of VEGF, CRP and BNP were significantly lower than that in the control group ( all P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets was an ideal therapy drug for patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia and could release the effect of inflammatory factor. It was worthy of popularization and application.关键词
