Left 3-port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Benign Gallbladder Disease

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the left 3-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC) for benign gallbladder disease. Methods 202 cases with benign gallbladder disease ( lithiasis, cholecystitis and polypus) were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology during January 2014 to December 2015 . The cases were assigned to observation group ( left 3-port LC group, n =97 ) and control group ( traditional LC group, n =105 ) randomly. The Operative time, intraoperative blood loss and injury of bile duct, comfort degree of operator, operative conversion rate, postoperative pain and complications were compared in two groups. Results All patients operation were successfully performed and discharged. There were no statistical difference on intraoperative blood loss, injury of bile duct, operative conversion rate and postoperative complications between the two groups ( P >0. 05). Observation group had less operative time, more comfort degree of operator,and less postoperative complications compared with the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Left 3-port LC was safe, rich in stereoscopic feeling, and easy to perform, and it should be a promising operation type for benign gallbladder disease with LC operation.关键词
