高度近视性眼底病变同步造影中眼底血管充盈状态的探讨

Abstract
Objective To observe early filling characteristics of the retina and choroid blood vessels in pathologic myopia ( PM ) patients with fundus fluorescein angiography ( FFA ) and indocyanine green angiography( ICGA) . Methods FFA and ICGA were performed on 25 patients (25 eyes) with PM and 15 healthy persons at the same time, then the filling time of the retina and choroid blood vessels were observed in FFA and ICGA respectively. Two early filling states of retinal and choroid blood vessels were found in 25 patients,defined as subgroup A and subgroup B,and then comparison among the three groups were conducted respectively. Results In simultaneous angiography,the subgroup A:17 patients′filling time of the choroid blood vessels were earlier than central retinal artery ( CRA ) in ICGA, but later than CRA in FFA; the subgroup B:filling time of the choroid blood vessels were later than the CRA in 8 patients either in ICGA or in FFA. Compared with normal group, the retina and choroid artery filling time of PM were delayed significantly, and the difference of choroid artery filling time was statistically significant between subgroup A and B in ICGA (P<0. 05). Conclusion Simultaneous angiography with FFA and ICGA could be a good method to understand the early filling state of pathologic myopia and evaluate the choroid retinal blood flow in PM.关键词
