摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological responses and requirements for families of pediatric patients in PICU and provide basis for nursing work. Methods 174 cases PICU in our hospital were investigated by random sampling according to the basic psychological requirement scale ( BPNS) at the time of 12h, 72h admitted to the PICU and 12h before transfer. At the same time the self rating anxiety scale ( SAS) was assessed for the psychological state of children′s parents. Results 170 questionnaires (97. 70%) were distributed and recovered completely, and 168 questionnaires ( 96. 55%) were valid. Children′s family had different psychological responses and requirements in different time period. The SAS scores were (47. 34 ± 5. 22), (52. 47 ± 3. 42) and (53. 26 ± 3. 12) at 12 h, 72 h and 12 h before transfer respectively, all the scores were higher than the norm (P <0. 05). Conclusion Pediatric children′s family in PICU had different psychological responses and requirements. The medical personnel should strengthen communication at treatment, and grasp their psychological changes and needs in order to improve the efficiency of nursing care.关键词
