赝量子点基态能量光学声子效应
Optical Phonon Effects of the Ground-State Energy Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
The Pekar variational method was adopted to study the optical phonon effect of the ground-state energy quantum dots. It was found that the ground-state energy of strong-coupling polaron in RbCl quantum dots changed with the chemical potential of the two-dimensional electron gas and the zero point of pseudo-harmonic potential. Based on the calculation of the RbCl crystal, the results show that the ground-state energy increases with increasing of the chemical potential of the two-dimensional electron gas and with decreasing of the zero point of pseudo-har-monic potential.关键词
