Mean Phonon Numbers of Magnetic Polaron in the Asymmetrical Gaussian Quantum Well
摘要
Abstract
The linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods were adopted to study the mean phonon number of strong-coupling polaron in the asymmetrical Gaussian quantum well. It was found that the mean phonon number of polaron changes with the cyclotron frequency and the range of the confinement potential. Based on the calculation of the RbCl crystal, the results show that the mean phonon number increases with increasing of the cyclotron frequency, and decreases with increase of the range of the confinement potential .关键词
