Vibrational Frequency of the Strong Coupling Polaron with Coulomb Bound Potential in the Asymmetrical Gaussian Quantum Well

Abstract
The linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods were adopted to study the vibra-tional frequency of the strong coupling polaron with Coulomb bound potential in the asymmetrical Gaussian quantum well. It was found that the vibrational frequency of the strong coupling polaron changes with the intensity of the Cou-lomb bound potential, the height of the potential barrier and the width of the Gaussian confinement potential . Based on the calculation of the polaron units, the results show that the intensity of the Coulomb bound potential and the width of the Gaussian confinement potential have much greater influence than the effect of the height of the potential barrier on the vibrational frequency.关键词
