蒙成药那仁满都拉多糖钙的钙含量及对羟自由基的清除作用研究
Calcium Content and Scavenging Effects on Hydroxy Radical of Mongolian Medicine Narenmandula Polysaccharide Calcium
摘要
Abstract
Using water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation, polysaccharide calcium was prepared by polysaccharide and CaCl2 at 36~37℃, pH=7.3~7.5 under simulated organism conditions. The complexometric titration( micro-titration)——EDTA method was adopted to determine the calci-um content and the colorimetric method was used to measure the scavenging effect on hydroxy radi-cal(·OH). The results showed that the calcium content of polysaccharide calcium was 13.3%, which is much higher than calcium gluconate and has better solubility in water. The concentration of poly-saccharide calcium was 0.125 mg·mL-1~2.0 mg·mL-1, which can scavenge about 53.8%~62.4%of hydroxy radical(·OH). It is concluded that polysaccharide calcium has stronger scavenging effects on hydroxy radical(·OH), but its concentration had no significant effects.关键词
