汉末公车令朝位变动及“都官长史”考辨
Textual Research on the Changes in the Official Ranking of the Post of Gongcheling (公车令) in Relation to That of Duguanzhangshi (都官长史) in the Late Han Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
Before the eighth year ( about 203 A. D. ) of the reign of Emperor Jian’ an at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the post of Gongcheling (公车令) , literally an official in charge of guarding and patrolling duties as well as responsible for reception and registration affairs, was above that of Duguanzhangshi (都官长史) , literally a pre-fect or chief of staff, in terms of official ranking. While after the eighth year ( about 203 A. D. ) of the reign of Em-peror Jian’ an, the post of Gongcheling (公车令) saw itself elevated above the ranks of ordinary senior officials at court like generals and Dafa (大夫) .关键词
