MRI动态增强结合DWI在前列腺良恶性疾病中的诊断价值研究
Study on the Diagnostic Value of Dynamic Enhanced MRI Combined with DWI in Benign and Malignant Prostate Diseases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance ( MRI) dynamic enhancement and diffusion weigh-ted imaging ( DWI) in the diagnosis of prostatic diseases. Methods 82 cases of patients with prostate disease in our hospital were selected,all of which were given MRI conventional scanning,dynamic enhancement and DWI examination. The apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC) value,the exponential apparent diffusion coefficient ( EADC) value,the peak time ( Tmax) ,the peak intensity ( Sipeak) ,the maximum enhancement slope ( MSI) and the signal enhancement ratio ( SER) were measured,and the type of en-hancement curve was analyzed. Results The results of surgery in 82 patients were 38 cases of prostate cancer and 44 cases of be-nign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH) . The difference of lesions of the ADC value,EADC value between BPH patients and patients with prostate cancer was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Time signal curve type Ⅱ were 29 cases in BPH patients,while the time signal curve type Ⅲ were 23 cases in patients with prostate cancer,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The difference of Tmax,MSI,and SER in the two groups of patients was statistically significant (P<0. 05). And there was no statisti-cally significant difference of Sipeak between the two groups of patients ( P>0. 05 ) . The correct diagnosis rate of MRI combined with DWI was 90. 24%,the sensitivity was 94. 74%,and the specificity was 86. 36%. Conclusion MRI dynamic enhancement and DWI have high application value in the diagnosis of prostate diseases,and it is helpful to evaluate the biological characteristics of prostate diseases.关键词
