摘要

Abstract

Skin disease caused by fungal in fur animals ,is also known as tinea disease .It is shallow ministry fungus ,basically encroach hair , skin ,fingernail ,common calls tinea disease .The main symptoms are suffering broken hair ,hair or hair dander more round ,and it is a zoonotic disease caused by pathogenic species of fungal .On studying skin samples of silver foxes mycoses diseased ,We sequenced all ITS in all fungal samples by statistical and biological determination using metagenomic assay .The pathogenic fungi Arthroderma benhamiae is the dominant strain .Based on the ITS gene phylogenetic tree analysis ,It showed that a diversity of characteristics and some similar degrees between Arthro-derma and Trichocomaceae in topology .
