人参苦丁茶超细粉对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂相关指标的影响
Effect of Ginseng and Broadleaf Holly Leaf Superfine Powder on Blood Lipid and Blood Glucose in Rats with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
To determined the effect of ginseng and broadleaf holly leaf superfine powder (GBP ) on blood lipid and blood glucose in rats with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) .T2DM in rats were induced by high -fat feeding combined with streptozocin ,then the rats were randomly di-vided into four groups:model group ,positive drug group (75mg/kg ) ,GBP high-dose group (750mg/kg ) ,GBP low -dose group (375mg/kg ) , blank group was established as control .The rats were administrated by intragastric administration for 4 weeks .Fasting Blood Glucose(FBG) was determined every 2 weeks .The concentration of free fatty acid (FFA ) ,total cholesterol (TC ) ,triglyceride (TG ) ,high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) ,low -density lipoprotein(LDL-C) ,glycated serum protein(GSP) and insulin in the serum were determined after the last administration , the insulin resistance index was calculated .All dose of GBP improved FBG ,decreased the concentration of NEFA and TC in the serum of T2DM rats obviously ( P<0.05 ) ,improved the situation of IR in the T2MD rats significantly ( P<0.01 ) .Low -dose of GBP could obviously de-creased the concentration of TG in the serum of T2DM rats(P<0.05) .High-dose of GBP could decreased the concentration of LDL -C and GSP obviously ( P<0.05 ) ,decreased the concentration of TG significantly ( P<0.01 ) ,increased the concentration of HDL -C in the serum of T2DM rats significantly ( P<0.01) .GBP could improve the glycometabolism ,lipid metabolism and IR in T2DM rats .It may have effect on treatment of T2MD .关键词
